The rotary frequency converter will meet the rated kVA requirements at the output with a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor and common rotor permanent magnet generator to yield the required frequency and voltage.

ROTARY FREQUENCY CONVERTER

When working with normal speed the frequency of the generator is being controlled by the rpm of the engine. This way the output frequency is being altered. The usage of electro motor with permanent magnets allows remote control and programming of the output parameters of the generator. This function if very suitable for induction furnace and processes of heating and tempering.

Converts voltage from 48V to 20000V and frequency of 20Hz to 2000 Hz. Efficiency of the generator is above 98%. THD less than 1%.

This construction of the rotary converter is highly efficient due to its small size and high power, which is ideal for aeronautical machines, induction furnaces and more.
